Here you’ll find all of our current and upcoming classes and events. For all classes, space is limited so we encourage you to register well in advance. Please contact the store for more information on any of our classes or events. Payment can be accepted in-person at the store or over the phone.

Sewing Machine Owners Class
Did you know we offer sewing machine, serger and embroidery machine owners classes on Tuesdays? The first Tuesday of every month is for the computerized sewing machines. The second Tuesday is for mechanical sewing machines. The third and fourth Tuesday of the month we switch off from embroidery machines and serger owners class. Space is limited so please call to sign up. These classes are for all makes and models so please call and sign up today.
Open Sew Day
Every Tuesday – 10:00am – 3:00pm
Every Thursday – 10:00am – 6:00pm
Anyone can join us in our wonderful classroom space for a fun day of sewing and finishing up those UFO’s. If you are looking for a little extra help with your sewing machine or project please come on Tuesday’s open sew day. Erika would be happy to assist you if possible.
The First Saturday of every month!

Every month we demonstrate a new technique with the embroidery machine. We also do show and tell so that you can get fresh ideas from all the other embroiderers out there. Each month Erika emails the week of the embroidery club so that you can know what is going to be taught in the class. and ask her to be added to the list. You can also call the store for more information.
Quilt Block of the Month
Do you want to make a quilt for $10.00 a month? Come in and sign up for quilt block of the month. The first class will start in November. Each month you will receive a kit with fabric and directions for that months block. You will also get a demonstration of how to finish that block. In this year long class you will learn basic quilting like cutting pieces and accurate seams. You will also learn half square triangles, flying geese, paper piecing, applique and much more. We’ll tell you all about Dress A Girl, how you can help, and also give instructions on how to make these cute and simple dresses. There will be open sewing for those who are interested after the presentation.

Princess Diamond Quilt Class

This is an intermediate class. You will learn how to use the Lazy Angle Ruler. There will be lots of fun techniques including tri rec diamonds, half square triangles and more.

In this class you will learn how to quilt your quilts. You will learn how to pin properly, use your walking foot and free motion foot. You will also learn about many marking tools and much more.
